Welcome to the LOT Mentor Training Course.
The intention of these sessions is to:
- Provide space and time to share our collective experience, knowledge and skills as we explore what it means to be a mentor in the LOT course
- Develop and expand your mentorship repertoire of skills, ideas and build a supportive mentors community
- Promote our group’s deepening understanding and knowledge building throughout the LOT course
- Support participants as they develop ways to put their learning into practice
